Our love story begins in 2020 on a summer night when Drew and her Maid of Honor, Maddie, visited The Growler in Emerald Isle—a local bar where everyone knows each other. As they entered, Drew's attention was drawn to a guy across the bar. Curious, she asked Maddie, "Who's that? He is not from around here!" It turned out that he was accompanied by Brandon Broom— who not only stands today as one of his groomsmen but also holds the title of dear friend to Drew. Brandon introduced the girls to his new roommate, Jason, who had recently been stationed in Emerald Isle with the Coast Guard. Jason was immediately captivated by Drew's radiance and charisma.

From the moment Drew and Jason met, there was an undeniable spark between them. They started dating shortly thereafter, and their relationship rapidly blossomed. Both Drew and Jason grew up in small beach towns, and their shared love for the water played a vital role in bringing them closer together. They enjoyed boating, fishing, exploring new islands on the sound, and, of course, watching the sunset together.

Jason and Drew wholeheartedly agree that it was the most extraordinary day of their lives and it stands as the pinnacle of their journey together—an unforgettable culmination of love and joy.
